If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. A waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of PMCS Services, Inc..
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and PMCS Services, Inc. concerning the Site. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations, or understandings between you and PMCS Services, Inc., whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof, except as to active DIR contracts or statements of work which are governed by their own executed terms.
